Like most people, our family needed Tim during one of the most emotionally devastating times in our lives. I’m not an attorney fan and was married to an attorney and worked for an attorney - and in all honesty, attorneys are amongst my least favorite people in the world. I have seen too many promise the world, be ill prepared, overwhelmed and scattered in the court room. So shopping for an attorney in and of itself created anxiety. Were they the real deal? Were they all they said they would be? Could I trust them? If you are shopping for an attorney right now, you know what I mean! Well, we chose Tim. He treated us with dignity. He was kind. Honest. Real. Spoke the hard truths and reality but gave us options and his recommendations - that were specific to us. Our needs. Our situation. In the midst of our devastation he gave us hope. We clung to it. And in the end, we had the absolute best possible outcome. Shocked. We more than won. We ended up with outcomes that the world said was impossible and no longer existed. It was surreal. He never let us down. He was present, attentive, prepared, and handled things that came out of left field with wisdom, tactics, and confidence. To say he gave us our lives back is an understatement. I will always be grateful to Tim. We recently visited him (we are from a different state). Just to say hi. And I was reminded of the years I thought my life was falling apart. Thank you Tim. From my entire family and from the bottom of my heart. Thank you. And thank you for bringing humanity to the legal field. Thank you for fighting for us, believing in us and restoring us.
