I'm extremely perplexed by the negative reviews Chris has received. I have known Chris since high school (John Marshall HS) and knowing him then and now I believe him to be a good person. Because I knew him many years ago, I reached out when I had an accident with three cars making me "monkey" in the middle. This was back in 2012 if my memory is correct. At that time, because I had many similar accidents via car and falls there was no clear cut, easy way to state that my injury was related to that particular accident, or made worse because of it. I did not have time to waste with a law suit as I could no longer prolong the surgery that I had needed for several years and been seeing, at that point, my orthopedic surgeon for over a year possibly two at that point. I simply gave up on my case and perusing anything from it due to a variety of life and work circumstances.
However, today I called with a personal legal matter and his receptionist hearing I was an old friend, and it was a "Time Sensitive Issue", put me on hold and then put me directly on the line with Chris. We spoke for an hour and you could tell he truly cared not because we new each other almost 30 years ago, but because that is just who is as a person. I gave up on my case which was at no fault on his firm or anything they did or did not do. I never gave them a chance and I can be honest with that fact.
Many people have difficulty with admitting they did any wrong, did not follow through, etc. I know when it comes to my health I have learned to never take a back seat. My ortho. is so amazing and I quickly learned after my first surgery how blessed I was to have him in my corner. Whenever I have reached out to him directly, which I have done many times over the years, and most recently within the past month, to get help with getting through to see him or get guidance on my issues, he is always right there, fighting for me and getting me help ASAP.
I feel Chris has that same spirit and if people are truly honest, did they seek his personal advice or help? And if so, did he truly brush you off, or where there underlining issues that are not being stated, addressed or known to these readers. In this day and age it is way to easy to discourage someone with your words via any and all social media with no accountability.
For me, if your interested in learning more about who I am and what I stand for, read my blog. Not because I am any more special than anyone else, but, strictly because I am you, or him, or her, or they. The average person just trying to make it in this world but believing that in all I do, as I say often to people in my life, (ask my husband :)) I will do the right thing. Not because it is easy, it almost never is. But, because I truly believe the only right answer, is doing what is right, just, good and honorable.
My name is Jeanette Francovich and there's way to many icky pictures of me out there, but feel free to look me up. Do your research. I am legit and try to be honest to a fault. Hope this finds and helps someone else. May you each find what you need and see it as such, your need not your desire(s) but need.
A way to reach out to Chris, his firm, or any legit business is via their Facebooks or social media accounts. This also provides a way for you to see information about their business, confirm they are legit, do your research, as I always tell my college students. You can reach out to them via their Facebook messenger which is @ChrisMayoLaw.
