Horrible service, everything kept getting delayed and the bills kept going up. They kept telling me they was working on it and it should be resolved soon, after waiting for over a year and no longer having confidence in them I switched. My lawyer said that everything they had done was a huge mess and initially hurt me on the case. With my new lawyer, the trial was ended in 2 months and I won, although not everything I could have. The lawyer from this firm had messed up a lot of paper work and everything I was owed was never given because of how she wrote the first orders. The new lawyer said that she just wasn’t very knowledgeable in this field and that’s why my case went they way it did. On top of charging me fee after fee after fee, for work they said they did and wrote down but nothing was ever shown. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I would have lost my case with this firm.

I would not recommend this law firm if you have a SERIOUS injury from a car accident. They're just another big law firm that only cares about how much money THEY will get and not their client. I used them after I was in a car accident that totaled out my car and left me with herniated disks in my lower back and neck. After they sent me to the chiropractor and pain specialist and I was ready to move on with closing my case the communication was non existent. I would always have to call them to get updates. I understood that these things took time, but no communication at all on their end was very frustrating. In the end after everything was settled, they got over $3500 more than I did, and left me with VERY little for me to be able to keep up with treatment (which I asked many times that they made sure my future expenses at the chiropractor would be included in the settlement). Now if you aren't seriously injured and are looking to make a quick buck then maybe use them. But for me, I still have back pain to this day and I'm only 22. So I will have to go the rest of my life with zero compensation left for my back pain that was caused by an accident that wasn't my fault. DO NOT USE BAILEY AND GALYEN.

A lot of these so called reviews look fake, especially seeing most are from a year or two years ago. Anyways, I gave Mr. Cherkaoui a call yesterday after checking out his website, and it stated that he gave a free consultation and that an attorney would call you back within an hour. The latter didn’t happen, I called his law office again today, and then he returned my phone call about an hour later. I guess since Mr. Cherkaoui has been practicing law for so long, he has forgotten that he is still offering a service that still requires some form of customer service. I find it very rude and a bit disrespectful to ask someone about their situation, only to keep interrupting them. Then turn around, and with an aggressive tone stating, “ you said this shop or this shop which one is it.” If he had’t kept interrupting me, and actually took the time to be patience and listen, like a decent lawyer would. He wouldn’t have gotten confused on what I was trying to tell him. The case I’m dealing with, the Individual has in fact made several DTPA violations and breach of contract. Mr. Cherkaoui got upset and felt that I got an aggressive tone. Nope not at all, I was talking to him in the same manner and tone that he was talking to me, while he kept interrupting. Funny thing is I wouldn’t have had a problem pay a retainer fee, but if that how he talks and treats people, that is not someone I would want representing me Mr. Cherkaoui you should probably add to your website, that you don’t take cases that you think are worth less than 10 thousand . Even when you don’t have all the facts, paperwork and evidence. He also told me he didn’t have to give me a free consultation, but yet he still stayed on the phone. Shouldn’t have that listed on your website either, if that how you treat and talk to people on a regular. You have been practicing law for so long, but yet you didn’t even know that the limit in small claims court is 10k in Texas. The whole experience was very distasteful and negative.
