EDIT--They did finally get back in touch with me, and the person i spoke with, Neil, was very helpful and considerate. They are unable to help me with my case, and even though I am disappointed, I appreciate their honesty and not wasting my time.
EDIT-Based on their reply, I should mention that the "database" should be searched using my husband's name, Jason Ward, as he would be the plaintiff, I'm just doing the legwork for him.
They might be good to work with, but it seems I'll never get the opportunity to find out because I've been waiting for 6 days for someone to call and let me know if they can take my case. I was told it would take a day or 2. If I ever hear from them, I'll update my review
