“Yawnnn” I got into a car accident on my way to work On June 09, 2018. To date; I’m STILL waiting on a settlement, information, Update, SOMETHING in regards to what’s going on. They just went silent, At one point, I was making daily phone calls to review the status of my claim, but was made to feel as if I were a nuisance to them, and was actually told by one of the office staff that they were working on a larger case, and would return my call as soon as they were available. Adding insult to my already injury. These excuses are continuous and ongoing each and every time I call the office.
They have done Nothing to keep me in the loop, and all conversations have been initiated by me, only to be dismissed and left disappointed. I would have given them 0 (zero) stars if I could. I am truly disappointed in my choice of representation. DeDe.
