Never once gave me a call to keep me updated on my case that shows how much he cares about his clients, on top of that receptionist in the front were very rude and would keep lying one would say he left for the day and the other would say that Johnathan was on a conference call. If I could rate as 0 I would. Front desk who took my call 'evaluated' my case, mentioned she was not an attorney and said they weren't able to help me. Receptionist needs more of a legal training If she will be determining future client cases. Felt she did not give time to explain and did not sound interested.
